 We are a family owned and operated home remodeling company. We are based in Spring, Tx. and serve The Greater Houston area. The owners Cody & Kristen Dawson started their journey back in 2020. Cody’s background was project management jobs in O&G. His true passion was always fixing and creating things in their home. Cody is a problem solver, and his strengths are brought into his passion for home remodeling. Eventually his hobby and passion turned into reality once we personally remodeled our own home from there Patriot was born. Kristen has a background in finance and handles all the behind-the-scenes action and keeps Cody organized and in line. They have been in each other’s lives since they were young kids and got married in 2009 and have 3 beautiful daughters who keep them busy and active every day. 

When we decided to take the plunge and officially create Patriot, we wanted to create something different and unique. We wanted our work ethic, attention to detail and our desire to impress our clients to shine through in our work. We want to provide not only a service, but an experience.

There is no better feeling to put an idea together and bring it to life. We are so blessed to have the knowledge and experience as we work with only master tradesman and experienced sub’s who also see our vision and help bring it to fruition. 

We try and set ourselves apart from many other home remodelers from our; in-home consultations, interior designer package to help with your selection process, 3d rendering, collaborating with other master trades to bring you a luxury project. We offer financing and our work is always with a warranty as we always stand behind our work.
