Book a time to speak with our team and discuss your project vision. We’ll ask questions to understand your goals, timeline, and budget, and share how we can bring your dream to life.
One of our experts will visit your home to assess the space, take measurements, and discuss design possibilities. This consultation costs $250. This fee ensures a focused, personalized consultation and will be deducted from your total project cost if you move forward with us.
After approving the final proposal, you’ll sign the contract and pay the deposit to secure your project timeline. At this stage, all details are locked in, and we’ll prepare for construction to begin.
Collaborate with our trusted architects and designers to finalize your project layout. This step includes reviewing drafts, making adjustments, and ensuring the design aligns perfectly with your vision and lifestyle needs.
The exciting part begins! We’ll start the transformation process with demo day, where our team removes old structures or materials to prepare for the new build. This step marks the beginning of your home’s renovation journey.

We send daily and weekly updates through our client portal to help keep things running smoothly. You never have to worry about the schedule or process as everything is organized through our portal.
